At Wheels and Rims, we’re committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable shipping across the United States. Whether you’re purchasing high-performance Forgiato rims or rugged TRD wheels, our goal is to get your order to your doorstep in perfect condition and on time.

Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

  • Custom or specialty rims may require additional processing time (we’ll notify you via email if that’s the case).


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and chosen shipping method. We offer free shipping on select promotional items and bulk orders – keep an eye on our deals!


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at order@trdwheelus.com.


6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • If still unresolved, email us at order@trdwheelus.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue or filing a claim with the carrier.
